We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of good(s) you order on our site.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on the website at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our website may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our site.

Placing an order:

Orders can be placed via our website; this service is open 24-hours a day 7 days a week.
Ordering is easy. Simply select the items you require and place in the shopping basket. You can view your shopping basket at any time by selecting the 'view cart' link. Once you have selected all your items shopping go to the 'checkout'. You will be asked for a number of personal details, which we require to verify your order. You will then be contacted by email with details of your order.

Royal Mail parcels can only be investigated after 15 working days have passed. You must always check with your local delivery office first before contacting us about a parcel that has not been received. Full investigations must be completed by Royal Mail before Eco From Birth re-sends replacement items. This may take a number of weeks but all issues will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping and Delivery:

When you purchase goods from us the goods will be delivered through Royal Mail. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please notes that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.

• You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the products you purchase.
• You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing is with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Price Policy:

Eco From Birth tries to ensure that all prices and descriptions shown on the website are correct, nevertheless errors may still occur. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions on the website. If we discover an error in the pricing of the goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then be given the opportunity of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will consider the order cancelled and void any payment authorisation that has taken place or provide a full refund if payment has already been taken. If the error is in the product description we will notify you as soon as possible. You can then choose to continue with your order or cancel it. All published prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date, but we are continually working to improve our products and so specifications or designs changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site. We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in colour, should be expected. All measurements and weights are approximate.

All payments must be made in UK Sterling (GBP) and must be made at the time of placing the order by credit or debit card. Goods will be dispatched only after funds have cleared.
